At Big Meadows Lodge follow the trail to the right of the building. Cross the AT and continue on the blue blazed trail to the top of Lewis Falls. There is an overlook where you get a great view of the falls and after you've enjoyed the view you can either go back the way you came or go on up the trail to the AT. Turn left on the AT to return to the Lodge. This is a very pleasant loop trail.
