| This was my first large model project, a reconstruction of Ellicott's Mills, Maryland that I built when I was 21.
My son and I refurbished the model for inclusion in the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Museum's 'Roads to Rails' Exhibit in the Ellicott City Station. We completely rebuilt the landscaped base and cleaned and repaired all of the original miniature buildings. The model was corrected to reflect the latest research with the addition of the original stables (the first horsepower on the B&O was literal).
